Visitation will be Monday, June 4, 2012, from 6 p.m. until time of funeral service at 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home of Florence. He will be laid to rest at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery North of Williamstown. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 1 Medical Village Dr., Suite 213, Edgewood, KY 41017.
