     Anita Thomas Ligget was born on 6 July 1911 at Ventnor City, Atlantic County, New Jersey.1 She was the daughter of Robert William Ligget and Helen Cope Ritter. Anita Thomas Ligget married, at age 23, Justin Kellogg, age 24, son of Richards Kellogg and Nina Campion, on Monday, 3 June 1935 at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, Ardmore, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.2 Anita Thomas Ligget died on 30 October 1997 at age 86 years, 3 months and 24 days.1
