     Justin Kellogg was born on 4 November 1910.1 He was the son of Richards Kellogg and Nina Campion. Justin Kellogg married, at age 24, Anita Thomas Ligget, age 23, daughter of Robert William Ligget and Helen Cope Ritter, on Monday, 3 June 1935 at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, Ardmore, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.2 Justin Kellogg died on 10 September 1995 at age 84 years, 10 months and 6 days.1
     He was National Lead Company.
