     Frank F. Robb was born circa 1863. He was the son of James Robb and Maria Amilla Burnett. Frank F. Robb married Laura Belle Foresman, age 24, daughter of Seth Thomas Foresman and Sarah Elizabeth Updegraff, on Wednesday, 13 August 1890.1,2
     Frank was the supt for the Clearfield and Cambria Division of the PA Railroad.2
