Hugh was an officer in the Naval Reserve during WWII. He attended Williams and Oxford University in England, later head of the English Dept. at the Williamsport Area Community College. He was also a Hollywood, Broadway and TV producer and director, lecturer and writer.1 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Hugh's last known residence was Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
