Joseph Grange Updegraff married, at age 20, Katherine Hendricks, age 17, daughter of Harold Hendricks and Anna Stowe, on Wednesday, 9 October 1935 at Norristown, Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.2 Joseph Grange Updegraff died on 8 December 1982 at age 67 years, 6 months and 26 days.1
     He was employed as a motion picture projectionist. As of circa 1970, Joseph Grange Updegraff lived at 208 East 3rd Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
