     Ralph Thomas Livingston was born on 5 October 1907 at Union County, Ohio.1 He was the son of Owen Lee Livingston and Mary Boughton.1 Ralph Thomas Livingston married, at age 24, Kathryn Rosanna Kiess, age 22, daughter of Sidney Ellsworth Kiess and Amanda M. Koch, on Wednesday, 14 September 1932.1 Ralph Thomas Livingston died on 2 December 2000 at Galion, Crawford County, Ohio, at age 93 years, 1 month and 27 days.1
