     Olive Della Foulk was born on 14 December 1915 at Sunbury, Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Harry Peter Foulk and Ida May Sigafoos. Olive Della Foulk married, at age 24, Kenneth S. Waltz, age 25, son of Clayton Waltz and Cora M. Entz, on Wednesday, 14 August 1940 at Hepburn Baptist Church, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Harry Peter Foulk, Reverend Lester C. Barton and Reverend Orville E. Mellquist.2,3 Olive Della Foulk died on 10 December 1995 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 11 months and 26 days.1,3 She was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
