Granddaughter of David Young
Rachel Young was born on 10 July 1816 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of David Young and Rachel Kiess. Rachel Young married John B. Koch, son of George Koch and Barbara Sweeley, circa 1836.1 Rachel Young died on 28 March 1860 at Whetstone Township, Crawford County, Ohio, at age 43 years, 8 months and 18 days.
