Edith A. Spotts was born in 1906 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Daniel E. Spotts and Margaret Hunt. Edith A. Spotts married John M. Leisenring. Edith A. Spotts died on 15 January 1962 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 56 years.1 She was buried on 19 January 1962.1

MRS. JOHN M. LEISENRING - Mrs. Edith A. Leisenring, 56, wife of John M. Leisenring, 1353 Pennsylvania Avenue, died at her home at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 1962, after an extended illness.
A graduate of the Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1928, she was a past president of the nurses' alumnae.
Mrs. Leisenring was born in this city, the daughter of Daniel and Margaret Hunt Spotts.
Surviving besides her husband are four brothers, Paul Spotts, Punxsutawney; Walter Spotts, South Williamsport; Richard Spotts, Lincoln Park, N.J; and Robert Spotts, this city.
Private services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Noll's, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport. The Rev. Daniel Robinson, of Phelps Chapel, will officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. The family will provide the flowers.
