     Alfred R. Ulmer was born on 26 October 1901 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,2 He was the son of Jacob D. Ulmer and Inez B. Williamson.3 Alfred R. Ulmer married Mazie Edwards, daughter of Franklin Otto Edwards and Elizabeth E. Case, circa 1936.1,3 Alfred R. Ulmer died on 2 May 1970 at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, at age 68 years, 6 months and 6 days.3,1,2 He was buried on 7 May 1970 in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
     He was an Electrical Engineer.3 The Social Security Death Index gives the last residence of record for Alfred as Lutz, Hillsborough County, Florida.2

     The obituary for Mazie Edwards on 2 November 2006 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, listed Alfred R. Ulmer as her deceased husband.1
