Jacob D. Ulmer was born in 1877. He was the son of George Ulmer and Annie Guinter. Jacob D. Ulmer married Inez B. Williamson circa 1900. Jacob D. Ulmer died in 1942 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 65 years. He was buried in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
