Jacob A. Ulmer

     Jacob A. Ulmer was born on 25 March 1831 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Jacob Ulmer and Margaretha Heim. Jacob A. Ulmer married Maria Heim, daughter of Johannes Christian Heim and Rosina Wagner.1 Jacob A. Ulmer died on 27 March 1917 at Dawson, Richardson County, Nebraska, at age 86 years and 2 days.1 He was buried in the Heim Cemetery, located in Dawson, Richardson County, Nebraska.2
     He Jacob was a farmer near Ball's Mills, Lycoming County, PA. In 1884, they sold their land and moved to Dawson, NE, where they bought a farm just north of town. They possibly had a second son named 'John.' He was Farmer.
