Alice B. Ulmer was born on 5 September 1894 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Daniel Ulmer and Catherine Kiess. Alice B. Ulmer died on 15 February 1914 at age 19 years, 5 months and 10 days.2 She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1

She attended the Steam Mill Elementary School and was amember of the Anthony Baptist Church. Alice passed away February 15, 1914 as a result of tuberculosis and is buried at the State Road Cemetery. She never married.
