June Helen Pepperman was born on 17 May 1917 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,3,2 She was the daughter of Harry Mortimer Pepperman and Nellie Emma Hayes.3 June Helen Pepperman married, at age 20, Roy Elwood Springman, son of Solomon Springman and Alma May Stabler, on Friday, 25 June 1937.1,3 June Helen Pepperman died on 2 July 2006 at Sycamore Manor Health Center, Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 89 years, 1 month and 15 days.3,2
June Helen Pepperman was also known as Jane.1 She appeared on the census of 2 April 1930 in the household of Harry Mortimer Pepperman and Nellie Emma Hayes at Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.

Surviving besides her husband is a daughter, Sherry J. (Larry) Losch of Montoursville; granddaughter, Brenda M. (Brad) Reiff of Harrisburg; brother, Harry (Freda) Pepperman of Montoursville; sister, Lois (Archie) Young of Williamsport. She was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Plank.
Memorial Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 6, at St. James Lutheran Church, 1679 Lycoming Mall Drive, Pennsdale, with the Rev. Beverly D. Cotner officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received in the church 10 to 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church. Arrangements by Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville.3 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index June's last known residence was Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
