     Laura Elizabeth Newcomer was born on 21 May 1906 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Charles W. Newcomer and Mary A. Ulmer. Laura Elizabeth Newcomer married, at age 22, Harold Frederick Springman, age 22, son of Harry Springman and Sarah Stabler, on Thursday, 7 June 1928.2 Laura Elizabeth Newcomer died on 13 August 1994 at Leader Nursing Home, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 88 years, 2 months and 23 days. She was buried on 16 August 1994 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
