Lilburn Wycliffe Boggs was born on 14 December 1796 at Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky.1 He married, at age 26, Panthea Grant Boone, age 21, daughter of Jesse Bryan Boone and Chloe VanBibber, on Wednesday, 13 August 1823 at Callaway County, Missouri.1 Lilburn Wycliffe Boggs died on 14 March 1860 at Napa City, Napa County, California, at age 63 years and 3 months.1
