     John Edward Brucklacher was born on 3 July 1905 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Norman Edward Brucklacher and Catherine Jane Frey. John Edward Brucklacher married, at age 23, Mable Ellen Schon, age 19, daughter of Charles Edward Schon and Sarah Elma Winder, on Monday, 17 September 1928 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 John Edward Brucklacher married, at age 31, Mabel Margaret Schmouder, age 19 on Saturday, 17 April 1937. John Edward Brucklacher died on 14 December 1981 at Liberty, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, at age 76 years, 5 months and 11 days.1 He was buried in the Friedens Church Cemetery, located in Jackson Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index John's last known residence was Liberty, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.1

     Cora Catherine Brucklacher's obituary on 16 June 2004 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, stated that John Edward Brucklacher was her brother and preceeded her in death.3
