Norman Edward Brucklacher was born on 10 February 1874. He was the son of Edward Brucklacher and Margaret Amelia Ulmer. Norman Edward Brucklacher married, at age 24, Catherine Jane Frey, age 25, daughter of John A. Frey and Catherine Klump, on Thursday, 24 March 1898 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Norman Edward Brucklacher died on 28 May 1942 at age 68 years, 3 months and 18 days. He was buried in the Balls Mills Cemetery, located in Balls Mills, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
