     Roy Ross Foshee was born in March 1900 at Gatewood, Ripley County, Missouri. He was the son of James Christopher Foshee and Mary E. Davis. Roy Ross Foshee married Ithra F. Blair in 1917. Roy Ross Foshee married, at age 21, Mary Gimbers in November 1921 at Arkansas. Roy Ross Foshee died in July 1966 at Stockton, San Joaquin County, California, at age 66 years and 4 months.
