     Stella Rusling was born on 15 March 1874 at Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania.1 She married Nelson Price Whitaker, son of Cecil Newton Whitaker and Mary Elizabeth McDowell, in 1900 at Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.1 Stella Rusling died on 3 January 1963 at New York City, New York County, New York, at age 88 years, 9 months and 19 days.1 She was buried in the Swan Point Cemetery, located in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island.1
