Sweeley, on Saturday, 5 December 1942 at Heshbon Evangelical United Brethren Church, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 Charles Elmer Waltz died on 24 February 1988 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 71 years, 1 month and 22 days.3,1,2 He was buried on 27 February 1988 in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,2
