     Edward Everett Simpers was born in July 1861 at North East, Cecil County, Maryland.1 He was the son of Johnson Simpers and Rachel Evans Whitaker. Edward Everett Simpers married, at age 25, Henrietta Emma Bouchelle in August 1886.2 Edward Everett Simpers died on 11 July 1926 at age 65 years.1 He was buried in the Methodist Church Cemetery, located in North East, Cecil County, Maryland.1
