     Phillip Larue Waltz was born on 8 July 1917.2,3 He was the son of Charles Bowman Waltz and Cordie Mae Cline. Phillip Larue Waltz married, at age 18, Laura May Wagner, age 16, daughter of Sturger G. Wagner and Jeanette V. Smith, on Saturday, 3 August 1935.1 Phillip Larue Waltz died on 2 April 1975 at age 57 years, 8 months and 25 days.2,3,1 He was buried on 5 April 1975 in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
     As of 1971, Phillip Larue Waltz and Laura May Wagner lived in Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4
