     Cinda Faye Poffenbarger was born on 27 October 1946.1 She was the daughter of William John Poffenbarger and Martha Ellen Moyer. Cinda Faye Poffenbarger married, at age 20, Van Lynn Goedeking, son of Melvin Armin Karl Goedeking and Goldie Virginia Wright, on Saturday, 13 May 1967 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Marysville, Union County, Ohio, by the Reverend Edward Johannes Goedeking. Cinda Faye Poffenbarger and Van Lynn Goedeking were divorced on 20 March 1990. Cinda Faye Poffenbarger died on 13 March 1991 at Montgomery County, Ohio, at age 44 years, 4 months and 14 days.1,2 She was buried on 18 March 1991 in the Woodland Cemetery, located in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend C. Donald Thrash.2
     Her obituary was published on 17 March 1991 in the Dayton Daily News, printed in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. Her obituary stated:

     Goedeking, Cinda F., (Poffenbarger), 44 of Dayton, passed away Thursday. She is survived by her mother, Martha E. Poffenbarger of Bellbrook; 2 daughters, Kacie and Loa Goedeking, both at home; 1 sister, Shelia D. Bell and husband Peter of Bellbrook; 1 niece, Kristy Bell; and 1 nephew, Scott Bell, both of Bellbrook. Funeral services 2 P.M. Monday, Tobias Funeral Home, Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills at Rahn Road. Rev. C. Donald Thrash officiating. Internment Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday at 1 P.M. until the time of the service.2
