     Elizabeth P. Fullmer was born on 2 March 1917.1,2 She was born on 2 March 1917 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of William E. Fullmer and Elizabeth E. Smith. Elizabeth P. Fullmer married, at age 19, Carl W. Smith, age 20, son of Lawshe C. Smith and Ruth Wurster, on Saturday, 9 January 1937 at home of William Fullmer, Garden View, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Benjamin Griffin Hoffman.1 Elizabeth P. Fullmer died on 15 January 1972 at age 54 years, 10 months and 13 days.2
