     Myron L. Welch was born on 18 February 1918 at Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Fred Welch and Effie Wurster. Myron L. Welch married, at age 19, Thelma L. Stabler, age 17, daughter of Frank A. Stabler and Florence U. Taylor, on Saturday, 12 February 1938 at 1535 West Fourth Street, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Howard L. Krause.2 Myron L. Welch died on 7 November 1997 at age 79 years, 8 months and 20 days.1 He was buried in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He was employed by Lycoming Avco.
