     Charles B. Welch was born on 17 November 1916.1,2 He was the son of Fred Welch and Effie Wurster. Charles B. Welch married, at age 21, Myrtle Haldeman, age 20, daughter of Grover Cleveland Haldeman and Mabel Hall, on Saturday, 25 December 1937.3 Charles B. Welch died on 14 October 1998 at age 81 years, 10 months and 27 days.2
