Myrtle Haldeman was born on 4 February 1917.1,2 She was the daughter of Grover Cleveland Haldeman and Mabel Hall. Myrtle Haldeman married, at age 20, Charles B. Welch, age 21, son of Fred Welch and Effie Wurster, on Saturday, 25 December 1937.3 Myrtle Haldeman died on 1 March 1997 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years and 25 days.2 She was buried on 5 March 1997 in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
