     Paul O. Richards was born on 29 May 1920.1,2 He was the son of J. A. Richards. Paul O. Richards married, at age 27, Francis Donna Wurster, daughter of Otto B. Wurster and Bessie Virginia Park, on Saturday, 6 September 1947 at Berwick Evangelical Church, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend A. C. Ruth.3 Paul O. Richards died on 6 May 1993 at age 72 years, 11 months and 7 days.1,2 He was buried on 10 May 1993 in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
     He was employed by Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
