     Laura Curtain Phillipi was born on 16 February 1864 at Springfield Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.1 She married, at age 25, Harry Chalfont Morrison, age 21, son of James Monroe Morrison and Edith Mason, on Wednesday, 1 May 1889.1 Laura Curtain Phillipi died on 14 September 1923 at age 59 years, 6 months and 29 days.1 She was buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, located in Somerset County, Pennsylvania.1
