     Harry Chalfont Morrison was born on 11 May 1867 at West Overton, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of James Monroe Morrison and Edith Mason.1 Harry Chalfont Morrison married, at age 21, Laura Curtain Phillipi, age 25 on Wednesday, 1 May 1889.1 Harry Chalfont Morrison died on 10 August 1939 at Seattle, King County, Washington, at age 72 years, 2 months and 30 days.1
     He appeared on the census of 15 June 1880 in the household of James Monroe Morrison and Louise M. Mason at Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
