Williams married, at age 28, Belinda Jane Creamer, age 28, daughter of Joseph Creamer and Mary Ann Morrison, on Sunday, 24 December 1865 at Athens County, Ohio.¹ Wilbur M. Williams died on 11 April 1925 at age 88 years, 1 month and 5 days.¹ He was buried in the Creamer Cemetery, located in Shade, Athens County, Ohio.¹
