     Joseph Eugene Williams was born on 2 September 1868 at Shade, Athens County, Ohio.1 He was the son of Wilbur M. Williams and Belinda Jane Creamer. Joseph Eugene Williams married, at age 26, Cora Mohler on Friday, 28 June 1895.1 Joseph Eugene Williams died on 9 August 1961 at Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, at age 92 years, 11 months and 7 days.1
