Howard S. Waltz was born on 5 March 1884.2 He was the son of George W. Waltz and Susan Hower. Howard S. Waltz first married Ruth A. Hill in 1909.1 Howard S. Waltz married a second time, at age 51, Rae L. Herman, daughter of G. Gertrude [—?—], on Saturday, 7 December 1935 at Bride's Home, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Rowland R. Lehman.1 Howard S. Waltz died in February 1974 at age 89 years and 10 months.2
