Richard Thomas Ulmer first married, at age 23, Betty S. Shuman, age 41, daughter of Royden W. Shuman and Catharine May Greenway, on Friday, 10 April 1964. Richard Thomas Ulmer married a second time Janet Scarborough circa 1974. Richard Thomas Ulmer died on 15 June 1999 at age 59 years, 1 month and 21 days.1 He was buried on 18 June 1999 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
