     Lloyd Preston Paulhamus was born on 14 November 1897 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4,3 He was the son of Levi M. Paulhamus and Clarissa L. King.3 Lloyd Preston Paulhamus married, at age 24, Gertrude Ellen Ulmer, age 20, daughter of Thomas L. Ulmer and Ida Jane Waltz, on Saturday, 19 November 1921.3 Lloyd Preston Paulhamus died on 24 August 1982 at RD #2, Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 84 years, 9 months and 10 days.4,3 He was buried on 26 August 1982 in the Saint Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, located in Quiggleville, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Harold E. Miller.3
     Lloyd Preston Paulhamus was a director of the Millville Insurance Company and a farmer. His obituary was published on 24 August 1982 in the local paper, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Lloyd P. Paulhamus, 84, of Cogan Station RD 2, died at his home at 5:30 a.m. today, Tuesday, August 24, 1982.

He was a retired farmer, and also had been an agent and director of the Millville Insurance Company for more than 30 years.

Born November 14, 1897, in Anthony Township, he was the son of Levi M. and Clarissa L. King Paulhamus.

Mr. Paulhamus was a member of State Road United Methodist Church.

He also was a member of the Oak Hunting Club.

Surviving are his wife, the former Gertrude E. Ulmer; four sons, Robert E., of Linden RD 2, Bernard L., of Cogan Station RD 2, Ernest C., of this city, and Glenn A., of Cogan Station RD 1, 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the church at Cogan Station RD 2, with the Rev. Harold E. Miller, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday. The family will provide the flowers.3
According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Lloyd's last known residence was Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4
