     David Franklin Albert was born on 11 December 1909 at Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Charles Dodd Albert and Lillian Gertrude Solomon. David Franklin Albert married, at age 23, Edna Lydia Kiess, age 23, daughter of Lloyd M. Kiess and Viola Catherine Bower, on Saturday, 6 May 1933.2 David Franklin Albert and Edna Lydia Kiess were divorced circa 1960.3 David Franklin Albert married, at age 60, Roberta Wolfe on Saturday, 7 November 1970.3 David Franklin Albert died on 1 August 1982 at Trout Run, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 72 years, 7 months and 21 days.1 He was buried in the Beech Valley Cemetery, located in Calvert, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
