     Marcia E. Baskins was born on 31 July 1904.1 She married, at age 21, Daniel Wesley Ulmer, age 24, son of Daniel Ulmer and Catherine Kiess, on Tuesday, 15 June 1926.2 Marcia E. Baskins died on 26 October 1963 at age 59 years, 2 months and 26 days.2 She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
