Charles G. Ulmer was born on 3 September 1893 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Daniel J. Ulmer and Matilda Heim. Charles G. Ulmer married, at age 26, Lulu B. Fisher, age 26, daughter of John Daniel Fisher and Annie [—?—], on Tuesday, 23 March 1920.1 Charles G. Ulmer died on 31 January 1973 at Richboro, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 4 months and 28 days.1 He was buried in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
