     Lulu B. Fisher was born on 13 November 1893.1 She was the daughter of John Daniel Fisher and Annie [—?—].2 Lulu B. Fisher married, at age 26, Charles G. Ulmer, age 26, son of Daniel J. Ulmer and Matilda Heim, on Tuesday, 23 March 1920.1 Lulu B. Fisher died on 31 December 1968 at age 75 years, 1 month and 18 days.1 She was buried in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
