He was buried in the Anthony Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.

Marquardt, deceased, late of Anthony township, have been granted to John Heiplen and Daniel Ulmer, executors. He appeared on the census of 1870 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
