Regina Stabler was born on 14 May 1847 at farm of Johann George Stäbler, Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Johann George Stäbler and Sarah Elizabeth Waltz. Regina Stabler married Nickolas Stephen Marquardt, son of Stephen Nickolas Marquardt and Rachel Kiess, in 1873. Regina Stabler died on 25 March 1931 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 83 years, 10 months and 11 days. She was buried in the Anthony Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
