Alma Valeria Updegraff was born on 5 February 1859.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Updegraff and Rebecca Raiguel.1,2 Alma Valeria Updegraff married, at age 27, Prosper J. Luce, age 37, son of John Luce and Malissa [—?—], on Thursday, 11 November 1886 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Alma Valeria Updegraff died on 25 January 1942 at age 82 years, 11 months and 20 days.1 She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
Abram's headstone says 1859 - 1865, possibly a twin of Alma Valeria? However the 1860 census does not list Abram, and it should if he was born in 1859, Alma is listed as age 2. Then in the 1870 census Alma is listed as age 12.2 Alma Valeria Updegraff also went by the name of Valley.1 Alma left a will - Will Book #27, pages 30-31, made 15 July 1940, registared 29 Jan 1942 - Lycoming County, PA.1
