     Vincent Leroy Persun was born on 1 July 1911 at May, Pocahontas County, West Virginia.2,1 He was the son of Casper Henry Persun and Cora Loucks. Vincent Leroy Persun married, at age 25, Dorothy Mae Kinley, age 21, daughter of William Boyd Kinley and Rachel Dora Waltz, on Saturday, 5 September 1936.1 Vincent Leroy Persun died on 30 October 1988 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 77 years, 3 months and 29 days.2,1,3 He was buried on 2 November 1988 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     He was employed by the Avco Lycoming Company.
