Meralda Bessie Bower was born on 5 March 1902.1 She was the daughter of George J. Bower and Laura E. Kinley. Meralda Bessie Bower married Daniel Simpson Robinson, son of George T. Robinson and Mary L. DuVall, circa 1922 at Bethel United Presbyterian Church, Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend J. L. Winnemore. Meralda Bessie Bower died on 19 October 1963 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 61 years, 7 months and 14 days.2 She was buried on 22 October 1963 in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1

PASTOR'S WIFE DIES SATURDAY
Mrs. Meralda Bower Robinson, of 1533 West Southern Avenue, South Williamsport, died at 11:10 p.m. yesterday, Oct. 19, 1963, in Williamsport Hospital.
The wife of the Rev. Daniel Robinson, pastor of the Methodist Charge at Lock Haven, she was a member of the South Williamsport Methodist Church. She served for 25 years as a superintendent of the beginners' department of the Sunday school in her church. Mrs. Robinson was also a member of the Women's Society of Christian Service in the local church and in the Lock Haven Charge.
Surviving besides her husband are 4 brothers, Samuel C. Bower, of Linden; Paul R. Bower, of Williamsport RD 2; Walter E. Bower, of Cogan Station RD 2; and Philip C. Bower, of Lycoming Creek Road.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the church, with the Rev. William Wassell, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery. The body will lie in state in the church from noon Tuesday until the time of service.

MISS MERALDA BOWER MARRIES DANIEL ROBINSON
A pretty wedding was solemnized at the Bethel Presbyterian church of Bottle Run, Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock when Miss Meralda Bower, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Bower, was united in marriage with Daniel Robinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Robinson by Rev. J. J. Winnamere, pastor of the church. The ring ceremony was used. The bride was attended by Miss Hazel Kinley, a cousin, and Charles Robinson, a brother of the groom, acted as bestman. The ushers were Paul Robinson and John Bower. Miss Eleanor Edler presided at the piano.
The bride was becomingly gowned in a tan beaded satin crepe dress with a hat to match and carried a bouquet of white rose-buds. The bridesmaid wore a pink Georgette dress trimmed with silver lace and a pink hat. She carried a bouquet of pink rse-buds. The church was beautifully decorated. The ceremony was performed under an arch of evergreen surrounded by palms and ferns.
Immediately after the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Robinson left by motor for a wedding trip to Wellsboro. They will be at home after April first of Southern avenue, South Williamsport.
