Lockcuff died on 2 April 1999 at Health South Nursing Home, Pleasant Gap, Spring Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at age 72 years, 8 months and 19 days.1,2,3 He was buried on 7 April 1999 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
