     Ralph E. Lowman was born circa 1909. He was the son of Robert A. Lowman and Lillian E. Everding.1 Ralph E. Lowman married Ruth Irene Updegraff, age 15, daughter of William Updegraff and Catherine Fawcett, in March 1931 at Indiana.1 Ralph E. Lowman died on 5 May 1965.1
     He was the owner of a heating and AC business in 1958.1
