Thomas Parker was born in 1824 at Kentucky.¹ He married Caroline Updegraff, age 17, daughter of Derrick Richard Updegraff and Margaret Harrison, on Thursday, 27 January 1842 at Shelby County, Indiana.¹ Thomas Parker married Mary Jane Updegraff, daughter of Washington Updegraff and Sarah Kennedy, on Wednesday, 24 November 1852 at Shelby County, Indiana.² Thomas Parker died on 31 July 1875 at Melvern, Osage County, Kansas, at age 51 years.¹
