     Cecil Willie Seaman was born on 2 November 1908.1,2 She was the daughter of Walter Scott Seaman and Bertha Dotson.3 Cecil Willie Seaman married, at age 20, Lester Leon Updegraff, age 28, son of John Wesley Updegraff and Carrie Wagaman, on Wednesday, 28 November 1928 at Pryor Creek, Mayes County, Oklahoma.3 Cecil Willie Seaman died on 23 April 2000 at age 91 years, 5 months and 21 days.1,2 She was buried on 26 April 2000 in the Woodlawn Cemetery, located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.2
     As of circa 1980, Cecil Willie Seaman and Lester Leon Updegraff lived at 1517 West Oklahoma Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.3 Her obituary was published on 25 April 2000 in the Tulsa World, printed in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Her obituary stated:

     Cecil W. Updegraff, 91, homemaker, died Sunday. Graveside services 11 a.m. Wednesday, Woodlawn Cemetery. Musgrove-Merriott-Smith.2 The Social Security Death Index gives the last residence of record for Cecil as Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma.1
